Most sea-view homes show you the sea. This one has a jacuzzi pointed at it.
The living and dining room opens straight onto the main terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass — the sea is in the room whether you're on the sofa or at the kitchen island. Fifty-four square metres of terrace across two levels, some in full sun, some shaded, so there is always somewhere to sit whatever the hour.
Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in dressing room and its own private terrace — with a jacuzzi, facing open water. It's south-east facing, so the sun comes up out of the sea and fills the place from first light. Gated community, communal pool and gardens, underground parking, close to golf and shops.
“Everyone sells 'sea views'. Go and look at what that actually means at most of them — a slice of blue between two buildings. Here it's the whole horizon, from three sides. The rest of the flat is honest 2005 Marbella and a buyer will want to put their own stamp on it. But you can't move a view, and you can't add a terrace like that afterwards.”
